Note that guests must be over 18 years old in order to book. All guests under this age can only check-in with an adult.

- Temperature measurement with laser thermometer at check in and every 3 days.
- The use of a mandatory face mask in common spaces
- The use of the gym limited to one person at a time and the Spa with shift system.
- The prohibition of entry of visitors who are not guests
- The reception of deliverys only in the Reception
