This was my second time visiting the Cristoforo! The service is impeccable and the spa is top notch. My only complaint was the construction being done at the hotel (avoidable I know). Can wait to see the finished product.

We had to ask for a clean duvet. They replaced the coffe we drank, but not the sugar. They didn't give us soap or shampoo the second day. The room was small and dark. The breakfast provided and restaurant food was very good. Some front desk staff very friendly and accommodating, but one front desk staff never smiled and even scowed a lot. He made me feel unwelcome. Maybe he was concentrating on his English, which he spoke with a very hard to understand accent, or maybe he just didn't like us. Who knows?

The hotel was absolutely lovely, with a superb location. All attractions are very close by, either in walking distance or by a short subway ride. We would definitely stay there again.
