The handle of the showerhead in our quad room was cracked & hence it turns around when one uses it. It would not stay in place & was very difficult to use when one tries to keep the showerhead to hang overhead.

It is our third visit to Florence, our third staying at Strozzi Palace and this summarizes everything!
Located in the heart of all attractions. Walked everywhere. The room was superb and clean (and a little noisy), a curtain in the bathroom would help. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is place to improve the food on breakfast.
