It is only 200m away from the sails Schools, 500m of the Club of Tennis with 8 tennis courts and 9 padel courts, and to 12km from The Club of Golf. The hotel is 30km from the city of Cartagena and 75km from Cardinal Murcia.
This hotel was extensively renovated in 2001 and comprises a total of 7 floors with 177 rooms of which 18 are single rooms, 155 are double rooms and 4 are junior suites. Guests may make use of the 24-hour reception desk, wi-fi in public areas (fee), a café bar lounge with sea view, a bar near the swimming pool (summer), a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs available for infants. Furthermore, there is a conference room and those arriving by car may park in the hotel car park.
