We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residhome Val d'Europe. It was perfect for both of us and our family (two grandchildren and their parents) and it was wonderful that Residhome gave us apartments opposite each other. Great for visiting Eurodisney and we also had a splendid day visiting the heart of Paris. Also excellent for travel by Eurostar.

Very disappointed with every aspect regarding the hotel. Taking into account that this was a hotel in the capitol city of France there was no electricity in one of the apartments and even after complaining nothing was done about it. The TV did not work as no electricity and the safe in the rooms could not be unlocked and no-one bothered to do anything about it. The toilet seats were not fitted ; it was like living in a one star hotel not four star!!!! Will certainly be taking the matter further

A great apartment for eurodisney, very reasonable and really comfortable. Saved us a fortunate taking our own food, do we could do picnics for during the day. I also cooked a spaghetti bolognese and took it with us. So much nicer to have after a long day at disney, rather than the rubbish you get there. Hamburger and fries 20 euros!! Free wifi connection was great to have too. Staff very friendly . The only downside ..no mugs , but everything else saucepans, corkscrew, bowls, etc. Oh and only microwave and hobs, no oven.

Fab hotel if you wanting to visit Disney parcs!! Great location, close to huge shopping centre and other restaurants (without Disney price tag) apartment and really well equipped and very clean! Would stay again!!

As a mother travelling with several children the hotel was perfect for what we needed as we were visiting disneyland and only needed it to sleep and shower. The room (244) was a bit small when all beds were pulled out compared to my friends room (505)as there was not room to move around. Staff were friendly and helpful. It would be helpful to have instructions of how safe works and it appeared there was a bar/restaurant in the hotel but it never seemed open I would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you

We are a family of four (two boys 5yrs and 3yrs), this hotel met our expections and helped us have a fantasic few days at disneyland Paris. Room was clean on arrival and ready for us striaght away, had a lovely kitchen area (although no kettle or toaster but there was a coffee maker in the room so we made do).

The location of the hotel, relative to what we were looking for was excellent. Unfortunately, the room was not particularly clean when we arrived - for example, there was an empty beer bottle left on the balcony that should have been cleared. The staff were professional but were not generally willing to go "beyond the call of duty" (we were looking for assistance/advice in how to transfer between the hotel and airport only to be told "It is not my job" by reception staff). The location of the hotel to Disneyland and local shopping centres is excellent and tends to override these negative aspects.

the rooms were much smaller than expected. I took 5 persons room and 2 persons room. the 5 persons room is by no means good for 5 and i had to take an additional room at much higher rate than my original booking. I felt like balck mailed.

Room quality was poor. Reported that there was no door on the shower (previously broken and removed) and the electrics in part of the room did not work. The room pictures were deceptive and made the room look larger than it was. Had a 5 bed room - would not of liked to have had 5 people in it though. Cupbooard door hanging off, curtains missing from window and shutters on windows not working properly.
Location is excellent for Disney, shops, restaurants, train station.
Told reception, who made a note but offered no discount. Would therefore not return and will have to advise others not to visit this hotel.

More help to allow persons to know how the cooker works. A tin opener would be useful. Overall we found the hotel great value for money. Staff were very helpful

The hotel is right next to the metro station with easy access to downtown Paris or Disneyland. There is also a very large mall that includes discount shopping just down the road. I came with four children and we thought this was a great location for the price. We took the RER into central Paris and saw everything we wanted using the Tourist pass for the metro zones 1-6.

When we arrived there was garbage in the bin from the previous occupants. This was reported but I had to empty the bin myself. There were missing items on the itinery that were reported but not replaced. No guidance was given about emptying the bins and the location of the garbage room at the start of the stay. No advice given about height restrictions of on site parking facilities and I almost damaged my roof box trying to park in the underground car park.
Good room, good facilities and excellent location though.

Very good hotel to visit Disney Paris. The train (RER) connection is great. It will be nice if you are told in advance that you can take the TGV from Charles de Gaulle when coming by plane. It is the best way to get to the Hotel. Overall a good place to sleep after a tiring day at the parks.

While hotel itself was clean and of a high standard, the rooms were not as clean as I would expect from a hotel of this standard. The toilet and dishwasher didn't work properly. The breakfast provided was very poor and expensive for what was on offer.
The fact that daily room cleaning was not part of the part of the price was disappointing and became uncomfortable after a few days. There should be a cleaning service every two to three days if the stay is more 3 days.
The location and convenience of the hotel was excellent with good parking. If the problems I mentioned above did not exist, I would have no hestitation in recommending the hotel - but based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The quality of the inventory was not ok. Dish Washer was broken, curtains came down, shower was obstructed so it flooded. This was not solved during the stay but they compensated the stay with a free breakfast and discount of the price.
They tried hard to solve the problem.
It is a bit different than a normal hotel. You cannot get a drink in a bar or so. It is just the room (kind of an appartment) with a kithchen. There are shops near by (val d'europe) so you can buy stuff but if you know this in advance you are better prepared and the exptectations are better met.
All together I certainly would go there again.

An ideal place to stay if visiting Disney with a family. We could not ask for more - spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms & all facilities, next door to train station which brings you direct to Disney in 2 mins.It is situated in a pleaseant, quite area near Val d'Europe Shopping Centre. Very efficient check - in & check - out.

This hotel was very comfortable and very clean, we would certainly recommend it to others. It was in easy driving distance of Disneyland, walking distance to a really good shopping complex and secure parking. We will return when visiting Disney again. The facilities in the room were excellent and there was more than enough room for 4 -5 people. The bed settees were of a high quality and certainly better than some beds we have slept on in hotels so would recommend these rooms to all ages.

We were truly impressed by this apartment. Excellent choice for |Eurodisney which is literally 5 mins away by RER(train) and station is literally outside the door!!! Apartment was more spacious than we expected and in excellent condition. Would really recommend as base for either Eurodisney or for Paris visit. Train to Paris runs regularly from station outside front door. Highly recommended by our family!!

Perfect for visiting Val D'Europe shopping or Disneyland. Well equipped kitchenette in the studio and nice and clean everywhere. Underground car park (5 Eur/day) is well worth it for security.

We were very please with the room rate in relation to everything offered and available in the room. The location of the hotel was excellent for shopping and dining. We plan to visit Paris again partly for the opportunity to stay in one of the larger apartments which will be even less expensive than our previous stay with the week day rate and to stay longer thus taking advantage of more the area had to offer.

Situación respecto a Eurodisney perfecta. La parada está justo al lado del hotel y sólo hay una parada hasta el parque. Hay un centro comercial muy cerca. El apartamento es pequeño pero dispone de una terracita agradable. La limpieza de la cocina y el salón no es óptima, los lavabos y la habitación están correctos. Para disfrutar del Eurodisney es un buen hotel.
