Dinner was poor. I was independent (no part of a group) so I choosed to order 'a la carte'. Tomino was served cold (shall be warm) and the Fiorentina steak (T-Bone) was not a "True Fiorentina steak" because tenderloin was missing. A total price of 55Euro was paid so you find better places to eat nearby.

Challenging opening hours for services & amenities for business travellers (e.g. no in room ironing). More suited for large tourist groups as the several buses ferrying them in/out of Florence demonstrated.

I would suggest the hotel to have a shuttle service for the guests / Airport / Hotel vice versa instead catching up the private Taxi.

The quality of the food at lunch and in the evenings was poor. I felt it let down what was in general a good hotel. Especially as there were good local restaurants. However I would use the hotel again mainly due to the excellent staff.

The room I was given was dreadfully small and uncomfortable. The room furnishings are very poor compared to the comfort the hotel advertises. The room did not have a chair for the desk or reading. The internet connection was excellent and dependable. The breakfast area is too small, too many tables with the food access not well planned. But... the restaurant's dinner service was outstanding, my compliments to the staff. The dinner menu could use a few more entres.
