The hotel is close to the trainstation, but the area was not nice, too much garbage, too much noise, no service around in the area. Not many nice places to eat. The room was nice, and the price was ok, but I would choose to go somewhere else in Naples if you have to go there.

My ife and I were allocated room 120 on the first floor. The carpet from the door leading to the bedroom was filthy and stained contrary to theat of the bedroom. On having a shower we noticed that the cubicle was not well set and that water from the shower unit was leeking from the pipe, so much so that only 20% of the water came out from the head the rest was lost via the pipe. The staff was very couteous and very helpful. The problem with the hotel is its situation. We were woken up everyday round about 6 in the morning as foreign nationals put up stands in front of the hotel selling rubbish. The only good thing is that it is in walking distance to all the places where my wife and I were interested in.
We visit Naples every 3 years in order to visit the Christmas Crib sellers - Neapolitan -in Via San Gregorio Armeno and San Biagio dei Librai and next time we shall book a hotel near the port hoping for a better environment. Thanks and Regards

No hot water for one day and inability to control air conditioning were faults to comfort. Although the location is near the train station, it is in an undesireable location of the city.

I have used the hotel befo before in previous business travel. I found the following details: The room I was assigned to was very close to the Service Room (Spogliatoio Personale) therefore after 6am-630am the door was constantly open and close making it hard for me to sleep.
The hallways in some areas need the carpet to be replaced (VERY DIRTY)
My internet conection was not attached to the wall (hanging wires) ... An Emergency light (On top of entrance door) was blinking since I got in (I called fornt desk and the disconnected) .. The Shower hose was very loose so when you open the water, it did not stay in place.
Breakfast staff should be friendlier (in all 3 occassion I have been there they have these sad faces and they don't even say Good Morning ! This should not happen in a 4* hotel.
In my next trip to Naples, I maybe checking another properties for me to stay !

PS: An iron/Iron board should be nice to have available (either in the room or in front desk) They DO NOT offer this which is very rare in a 4* hotel !
