A touch pricy.
Love this hotel! Everyone was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.
Hotel was lovely, and well appointed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Wish they would provide free Wi-Fi. Their Wi-Fi service was too expensive. This is the only criticism we have. Loved the location to the train station and other important attractions. Would stay there again for sure.

Well placed close to Santa Maria Novella- beautiful room, food wonderful especially the restaurant in the evenign which was the best meal we have had in a long time.
This hotel is definitely not four star quality by international standards. It may have been originally, but is now in need of refurbishment. My single room was the size of a shoe-box. When I fronted at the restaurant just after the advertised time for dinner, staff were still eating and I was told to come back in ten minutes. Needless to say, I didn't. Best feature of this hotel is proximity to station.
Very nice surprise. This hotel is perfect. Excellent
The wireless access to internet must be improved. Not all the rooms have wireless access, particularly those on the third floor. Needless to mention that charging 5 EUR/day for wireless access is outrageous for a 4 stars hotel - there are coffee shops (still not in Italy) that offer you that for free, making by far less money.

orange juice at breakfast out of machine is disgusting - should not have to pay extra for freshly squeezed orange juice and also the cooked egg option is a little weird - more like torn up omlette than scrambled eggs!
I was very happy with the services and location; I got off the train and in less than 10 minutes was at the hotel...
It was magic time in Florence!
