A great location and a great staff. The room -- two twins which we had to knock together so as to feel less like Rock and Doris -- was not particularly lovely, though it was spotless and fully functional. If you're looking for a base of operations and want to enjoy the scenery and the streetlife at night in Pisa, this is absolutely fine. Would stay there again.

Our room was right on the Piazza, it was a wonderful view of the
Duomo. The Piazza was a little loud and very busy, but that is part of
the experience. You are in a beautiful historic city with many things
to see and enjoy. We parked the car outside the ZTL and took a taxi,
this saved us the stress of ZTL fines. We walked everywhere. We did
the Florence Bike Tour, our guide was wonderful and it is a great way
to get yourself oriented with all the great things to see and do in
Florence.

Hotel is great as far as the service, location, breakfast and price!!!! It is in a very old building and probably could you a bit of updating but as far as the afore mentioned amentities-- it can't be beat. I have stayed there twice and would definitely stay again.

I was disappointed that no one was available who knew how to turn on the air conditioning in my room until the morning when I was prepared to leave.

Your employees were very pleasant and accomodating. Your location is exceptional. However, the hotel looks like it has not been improved in 50 years. The plumbing (toilet) was backed-up requiring me to change my room (your employees were very helpful). Your facility really needs to have some investment to bring it up to current day hotel standards.

Bathroom was horrible - the shower stall included the sink and toilet. When you take a shower, all the water flows out to the sink and toilet areas. Would not recommend this hotel, but it's in a great location.
