When relaxing in the room we continuously heard the elevator going up and down.
When other guests were in their rooms we could hear them walking around.
The rooms are very small but the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel should have a better selection of English/U.S. channels on the TV.

pillows were a little poor compared with the other fixtures and fittings
more hooks to hang towels/dressing gowns etc (I stayed in room 20)
otherwsie, very friendly staff, good neighbourhood for bars and restaurants, even cinemas and Metro. Away from the really touristy parts so felt like real Paris.

The staff was friendly, helpful and competent, the stay was pleasant, and the price was reasonable.

The bar is very good and relaxing.
My only issue was that the steam room remained closed untill 4pm.

I am positivley surprised that hotel Chaplain had such excellent rooms.
All very clean and renovated with modern design.
We felt very welcome and relaxed!!
I am happy that I have finally found a hotel to return to in Paris!

We did not look for the Hotel at the Web -it has been recomended by a person from our family who stayed there.
I want to ponctuate that the persons wha attended us at the Hotel have been extremelly kind and professional!
