We stayed at the first floor, at the back of the hotel. There was no view, when you are in one of the upper levels, you can spot the Notre Dame, which is much nicer. The bathroom floor was slippery when wet.

Your staff was very helpful. There was a transit strike and she helped us get to the airport, we would not have known what to do with out her help.

The airport transfer shuttle was a disaster. 4 of us booked a shuttle service and faced a herrible service mentality, a very rude driver and poor service quality.

The airport shuttle service provider needs to be reconsidered...

Our flight was cancelled by Air France but the hotel did not charge us for the day we failed to arrive. They had no obligation to do that and we appreciated the courtesy.

Nice staff, helpful and welcoming. Charming atmosphere, not stuffy. Location is one of the best aspects of this hotel. Breakfast offerings could be taken up a notch. Overall good experience!

We've stayed at the hotel many times and we love it. Hence I did not look at the web for pictures. Fantastic location on the left bank, 5 mins from Notre Dame and the metro and RER station so easy to get to from Charles de Gaulle airport. All rooms very comfortable and the one we stayed in last weekend was very spacious, good air con and flat screen TV. As with all French hotels, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Plenty of wardrobe space, good lighting, hair dryer and fridge. Staff very good and welcoming.

This was a very nice hotel with a very helpful staff. They helped us in calling restaurants in order to place reservations, which was a huge help for us. The location couldn't be better as far as being in the middle of many of the tourist attractions. My only complaint, which isn't really a con, is that it was located on a very "touristy" street/area. But hey, it's Paris, there are lots of tourists.

I've stayed at Hotel Henri IV Rive Gauche multiple times over the past 8 years. It's a quaint, beautifully decorated and well-located hotel. Rooms are small but quiet and very clean. The multi-lingual staff have always been very helpful and they can arrange a shuttle to the airport at the end of your stay. Free wifi is a nice perk, too.
