We had an excellent stay, only small glitch was no shampoo in the room, which took a little time to sort out, but quality of front of house service, room etc was excellent, and lovely area.

We were very surprised to have booked a Superior Garden view room with the request of being off the main street and away from the construction noise. We checked in and went up to our room only to find no garden view and right on the main street. It was much smaller than originally presented on the web as well. We had to go down to the front desk and ask about this in which they told us their Superior Garden rooms were still under construction and so they put us in the one we were in. I was very surprised that this would have not been communicated to us when we checked in and we felt as though they were trying to just let it go. We were paying way more for the garden view room and we felt if we hadn't brought it to their attention they would have kept the rate. That being said the room was very clean, but we had to ask for our room to be made up one day as well as for kleenex and shower gel to be replenished.

The gentelmen at the front door was amazing. I cannot remember his name. He made our stay so pleasant. He was very helpful.

Staff was very helpful and professional.......only suggestion for improvement would be the situation of the hair dryer plug in and lack of mirror for vanity area. All other items were delightful and the stay was very pleasant.

The young man at the desk ordered us a car service to the airport which saved us some money. When they didn't arrive on time, he went out of his way to check on the service and he ordered us a taxi when he got no reply. The service then showed up!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is located in the Montparnasse section of Paris. There are several Metro stations. The restaurants on our street were excellent. We didn't feel like going very far to eat. We have been to Patis several times. Staying at La Belle Juliette was wonderful experience.
There had been a lot of noise from construction. We were on the 4th floor which was very helpful.
I think the cost of the breakfast in the hotel is much too high.

La Belle Juliet is clean and chic. However the rooms which comfortable are very small - even the Deluxe room (which attracts a material premium) is such that you cannot walk around the bed if someone is sitting at the table. The website is misleading as to the Deluxe rooms despite giving their square meterage because they appeared bigger from the pictures, were said to have a bath (and therefore by inference more spacious bathroom) and "an office" (which I inferred to be an anteroom) - none of which were true. It is expensive relative to comparators in areas such as the Latin quarter. The spa sounds great, but is very expensive indeed (treatments nearly 50% more expensive than a nearby high-end salon). Our minibar fridge, the mouse on the computer and one of the lights were not working rather reflecting an inattention to detail; our room was not cleaned on our second day until the afternoon (by which time we had returned to the hotel but could not use the room for an hour). It strikes me that management are missing the wood for the trees - it could easily be so much better.

I thought our room was small even though we upgraded to a de luxe room. I felt that the dark paint made the room look smaller and next time I would like a lighter room. I thought there was not enough cupboard space as we stayed 5 days and we could not unpack . Also no place to put the suitcases . I also thought that shower curtains are very messy a ass cubicle would be better . But despite all this I would still come again

No bathroom floor heating, but otherwise excellent air conditioning and heating. Quiet room with little traffic noise.

Good to have Internet access in the room but the space is a little restricted (I lost the mouse behind the keyboard, though it was sorted in lees than 2 minutes).

A delightful hotel all round, but the very best thing about the hotel was the staff who were utterly professional, charming and extremely helpful. When I got into my taxi to leave for the gare du nord, at the end of my stay, the delightful guy at the desk carried my suitcase to the car, opened the door for me and waved me goodbye.

A very warm welcome and I hope to come back soon.

A wonderful property. Only drawback was some early morning street noise from my first floor room. The front desk staff was wonderful and always so helpful. Maids were also exceptional. A great stay!

It is a pity, that the hotel was full of non-guests, blocking all the corridors, making noise that could be heard in the room and occupying the public areas anywhere in the hotel. Public manicure in the salon I don't find very amusing for the regular guests of the hotels. Also having 30 people wait in the corridor on the 4th floor for a photo session without advising the guests about what is going on I consider very unprofessional.
Also, most tables for brunch were given to non-guests, so we were not able to get a table for brunch. Hotel guests should have priority!
You need to make hotel guests feel more important than the outsiders you welcome to your hotel in flocks. This is not the case right now.

Very good service and a very kind aproach from reception staff.
Breakfast was good in quality of the food but need better service, too slow and wrong orders.
Hotel overall looked exactly same as the pictures on internet, room was nice only little negativ was the separate small little toilett.
We didn´t try the Spa.
