The restaurant, can host up to 50 guests and serves traditional type Navarrian cuisine, with a daily menu that always proposes different selections made form fresh farm products.
Fresh grown vegetables, herbs, seasoning plants and fruits are picked fresh daily and used in the cooking for a truly unique wonderful taste.
The guest accommodations are found in 5 traditional style Basque villas on the property.
The original 18th-century manor house, the stud farm and the house were all formerly a part of the property itself.
All of the buildings have been preserved and refurbished and an additional five new buildings were built on the property to expand the facility, maintaining the beautiful Basque architecture style.
All of the guest rooms are very large measuring about 45 to 90m2. They are compose of an entrance, a living room, and some have a fireplace. All rooms look onto the beautiful mountain ranges and basin and have a private balcony or a terrace.
