Stayed here for one night after being pampered in Capri, as we had to get an early flight. I was expecting a lot more after reading the reviews. Took us a while to find it, walked past the archway twice. The room was overlooking the main street which was good as we like to people watch.
The aircon was non existant, just made alot of noise and would not switch off, we had to flick the main fuse to shut it up. Tried to turn on the tiny tv but could just get sound so gave up. Bathroom was on a slant so when you had a shower you flooded the bedroom as the shower screen did not do it's job. There was a large hole in the bedroom wall !!! The bedding was clean.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Yoghurt and pastries. I am allergic to dairy and yeast so could not eat anything, would have been nice to have some fruit or meat. The small dining room was totally full. We decided not to bother eating anything.
The reception staff were very helpful. They organised a taxi back to the airport on a pre paid fixed price which was very cheap compared to our taxi journey when we first arrived from the airport to the port.

the room itself was very gloomy and had very old bedspread, with inadequate lighting.
The bath was very updated and better than most others we stayed in in Italy.
We had to leave very early but the front desk did not offer a breakfast to go or coffee when I asked.
the car service to the airport we had arranged with the hotel fell through 15 minutes before we were to leave so the front desk man drove us which was good but cost us 15 more euros than we were quoted by the hotel(scam?)
certain parts of the day cars cannot access the hotel so in the rain or regular hours of the day this is not a convenient location .

The air conditioning was not working properly during our stay. Fortunately, the evenings were cool and we were able to cool the room off quite easily before going to sleep. I had spoken to a few other guests and their AC was working properly. The hotel staff said that they would get this fixed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others without reservation.

We are a rather elderly couple and had some problems in the use of the bathtub (Jacuzzi). We found it difficult to get into the tub and would have preferred a normal shower cabin.

I was travelling with my daughter and her five year old. Everyone at this lovely hotel was welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a rather long flight of steps up to the hotel and I am certain the staff would help bring up bags as there is no elevator. A small, gracious hotel we would recommend highly.

Bed spread looks worn. It would be better to use a washable material for bed spread.
The hotel is an excellent value with great location and service.
Pietro, Massimo and Alex were very helpful and pleasant and certainly added to our positive impression of the hotel and Napoli. Napoli is a wonderful visual experienceand. Would recommend and return.
