Because we had a very early flight leaving Milan, we decided to book a hotel room near the airport. This hotel is a four-star hotel and has many amenities including TV with several channels in English, a free airport shuttle which leaves as early as 0430, a fine restaurant, and breakfast included in the 99 euro price for a comfortable double room. Very helpful main desk staff. Highly recommended.

Es un hotel perfecto para pasar una noche en tránsito. Está al lado del aeropuerto de Milán-Linate, y esa es su función principal: hotel de aeropuerto. Y la cumple muy bien, por cierto. Además, dado que sólo está a cinco quilómetros de Milán, y muy bien comunicado, es perfectamente posible plantearse -por el precio- otras alternativas a la de alojamiento de una noche. Hay que destacar el servicio gratuito de shuttle entre el hotel y el aeropuerto, y un desayuno extrañamente completo, e inesperado, en un hotel de estas características. También el trato exquisito del personal.

The elevators was so narrow so a bag just a little bit bigger than a pilotbriefcase had to be at the length to get in.

We've had a very pleasant stay at the "Air Hotel". Professional employees, comfortable rooms that were very tidy and soundproof (the airport nearby!) and a perfect location: very near to the Linate Airport and motorway and only 25 minutes away from the city centre. We will certainly stay here more than once!

Air Hotel Linate was the worst experience of our entire trip. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I complained to the manager and got no help whatsoever. The restaurant misrepresented the price of the buffet and charged us double for our single meal there. The advertised shuttle to the airport, five minutes away, was not working when we needed it. I read other reviews on TripAdvisor that demonstrate other travelers have had even worse experiences than ours. This hotel should be closed so as not to torment other travelers.

The staff went out of their way to help us by letting us leave some luggage there in their luggage room and they were VERY nice about it. That was a HUGE help. Joe

First of all--the STAFF was wonderful! The shuttle was efficient as well! Room service at night was courteous and punctual but it was expensive for what was ordered! The room itself, was fairly comfortable, but the bed was VERY hard and the pillows were very flat. After a long plane ride however, I dismissed it. However, the included breakfast was another story. I usually eat everything, but this breakfast was awful. The meat was pure fat, horrible taste to everything. I have never left a full plate before. I have traveled much in Europe and have not ever experienced such food--especially in Italy. My Italian friend had a boiled egg..not difficult to make correctly...lol....even though the price was good, I would rather have the price for the hotel room lowered and skip the breakfast than subject myself to it again. I had made a reservation for the return trip, but I could not keep it. And I cannot recommend the hotel to anyone, unless changes are made.

A functional hotel for getting to the airport and within walking distance of the exhibition centre.
The dinner at the hotel was filling, but not great, walk down the driveway to the cafe on the side road for better value and a friendly welcome.

We loved the hotel. Our daughter is only 3 years old so the ledge for luggage was actually was perfect place for a bed for her to sleep so we turned it into a little bed for her. She thought it was wonderful. We had dinner at the restaurant which was wonderful. The front desk was extremely helpful with directions with trying to get to "The Last Supper" the next day. If we return to Milano we will stay at this wonderful hotel what an excellent way to start our honeymoon.
