Edinburgh's most popular tourist attractions, including the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Princes St are all a short walk away, and Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium, HMS Britannia and Holyrood Palace are easily accessible by bus. This property is also particularly convenient for business travellers, due to its proximity to Edinburgh's financial district. A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups.
